GEMS Ambulance has expanded its base of operations to include Georgiana, according to co-owners Wayne and Lisa Garlock.

“Our goal is to provide quality emergency care to the citizens of Butler County,” said Lisa Garlock. “We have hired employees that will be dedicated to this area who are excellent in their field. And all are excited to be in Georgiana.”

GEMS has operated in Greenville for the past 10 years, said Garlock.
