During the Apr. 9 Butler County Commission meeting, a resolution was passed honoring the 911 center and county dispatchers. Butler County 911 Director Teeia Cheatham and Assistant Director Tanya Kemp were in attendance to represent the department. The commission proclaimed the local observance of National Telecommunications Week which is Apr. 14-20.
