April 11

A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, on Petti Bone Road when jewelry, valued at $2,739, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Vickory Road when a gun, valued at $350, was reported stolen.

April 12

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, and discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling on Mill Street.

April 13

A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Halso Mill Road when property, valued at $1,105, was reported stolen.

April 15

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, on Bates Road when property, valued at $1,000, was reported stole.

April 16

A complaint was filed for a domestic incident on Simpson Road.

A complaint was filed for harassment at Liberty Trailer Park.

A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia on Luverne Highway.

A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, first degree, and theft of property, third degree, on County Road 23 when damage, valued at $3,000, to a vehicle was reported.

April 17

A complaint was filed for identity theft on Maggie Street.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on East Dogwood Trail.

The following arrests were made by the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from April 14 through April 17:

April 14

William Alvin McNaughton, 70, was arrested for discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling.

April 15

Randall Weston Lewis, 21, was arrested for probation violation.

Fredrick Chad Giddens, 30, was arrested for theft of property, second degree.

April 16

Chad Edwin Langford, 32, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

April 17

Derrick Demon Johnson, 25, was arrested for failure to appear.
