SARASOTA, Fla. –

Mrs. Betty Sue Thompson, 76, a resident of Sarasota, Florida, died Tuesday, June 14, 2005.

Funeral services were held Saturday, June 18, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. at the Johnson Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Murry Hodge officiating.

Burial was held in Oakwood Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.

Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Mr. Ronald B. Thompson, of Sarasota, Florida; one son, Bruce Thompson, of Sarasota, Florida; and nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Thompson was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Leamon Hunter and Nealie Preachers Hunter.
