August 3

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at an unknown location.

One chainsaw, valued at $160, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/menacing, third degree, on Milner Street.

August 5

A complaint was filed for the carrying of a concealed weapon on Milner Street.

One .22 revolver, valued at $50, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Milner Street.

One screen door received $30 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, at the Family Dentistry.

n A complaint was filed for found property-miscellaneous information at Ruby Tuesday.

One payroll check, valued at $754.98, and seven personal checks were recovered.

A complaint was filed for menacing on East World Street.

n

A complaint was filed for harassment at the Butler County Jail.

August 6

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, third degree, on East Perdue Street.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on L.V. Stabler Drive. Items taken included one checkbook, one black leather briefcase, valued at $50, one pellet gun, valued at $20, and one set of house and car keys.

Also, one vent window received $200 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Aztec Road.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on West Perdue Street.

Three 18" tires received $300 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Jameson Inn.

Items taken included one white purse, valued at $20, one wallet, valued at $25, six credit cards, one checkbook, $200 in cash and miscellaneous items.

n A complaint was filed for a minor in possession of alcohol on Dunbar Park Road.

18 Budweiser beers, valued at $25, were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, on Bolling Street. Two small plastic bags containing marijuana, valued at $40, were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, second degree, on Bolling Street. Four bags containing marijuana, valued at $20, were recovered.

August 7

n A complaint was filed for assault on a law enforcement officer, second degree, and resisting arrest on Stoneroad Drive.

n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on Beeland Street.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Winkler Street.

The driver's side window received $300 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at the Hampton Inn. $20 in cash was taken.

n A complaint was filed for menacing on Burnett Street.

n A complaint was filed for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication on Willow Lane.

One bag containing crystal meth, valued at $250, was recovered.

August 8

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, at Burger King. $1,682 in cash was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at L.V. Stabler Drive.

Two nitrogen gas bottles, valued at $40, were taken. One lock and chain received $25 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Luverne Highway.

n A complaint was filed for menacing on Milner Street.

A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on Industrial Parkway.

A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, at the Reid Motel.

n

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at the Exxon on Fort Dale Road.

Someone drove off without paying for $40 in gas.

August 9

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on First Street. Three social security checks, valued at $594 each, were taken.

A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Caldwell Street.

One gray and black bike, valued at $150, and one blue girl's bike, valued at $150, were stolen and recovered.

A complaint was filed for receiving stolen property on Hardscramble Road.

One men's gold wedding band with diamonds, valued at $230, was recovered.

A complaint was filed for harassing communications on South Conecuh Street.

A complaint was filed for theft of identity on Carver Circle.

August 10

n A complaint was filed for a drug overdose on First Street.

n A complaint was filed for throwing a dangerous missile into an occupied vehicle on Washington and Oak streets.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Redbud Lane.

Five credit cards were taken.

n Joel Lamar Crenshaw, 34, was arrested for Failure to Appear for driving with a suspended license and FTA for an improper lane change.

August 6

n David Randy Acker, 25, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Ezra Charles Dunklin, 46, was arrested for FTA for speeding, resisting arrest and possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Garry Dewayne Thompson, 25, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and assault.

n Marques Earvin Johnson, 20, was arrested for a minor in possession of alcohol.

August 7

n Kristopher Aaron Hoven, 34, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and public intoxication.

Dinarves Antron Smith, 20, was arrested for assault, second degree.

Marcus Dewayne Benson, 30, was arrested for two counts of assault on a law enforcement officer, second degree, resisting arrest and FTA for driving with a revoked license.

n

Shuntez Terel Hamilton, 20, was arrested for three counts of driving with no driver's license.

August 8

n Terence Jermaine Phifer, 21, was arrested for two counts of FTA for no seat belt.

n Steve Cordell Marshall, 27, was arrested for harassment.

n Juan Carlos Perdue, 38, was arrested for four counts of FTA for a switched tag.

August 10

n Marlon L. Herbert, 24, was arrested for discharging a gun in an occupied building.

Calvin Earl McDonald, 39, was arrested for DUI.
