About the meetings, Shelby said: &#8220Over the years, these meetings have provided an excellent opportunity for area residents to listen and voice their opinions on the activities of our government. This is a great chance to discuss the important issues facing our state and our nation.”

Sen. Shelby has exhibited his commitment to the people of Butler County in the past, including last year when he generously announced that he would contribute $250,000 to the Greenville YMCA.

We encourage all citizens of Butler County

to attend this town meeting with Sen. Shelby. This is the chance to have your concerns – whether they are about the county, state, or the nation – heard by our chosen Senator.

Take this rare opportunity to visit with Sen. Shelby face-to-face and hold an open dialogue

with a representative of the state of Alabama.
