Brantley’s Owens chosen as CEC Tour winner

Covington Electric Cooperative hosted the 2009 Washington Youth Tour Interview Competition at its main office on April 2.
A three-judge panel chose CEC’s 2009 Washington Youth Tour winners.
Macy Owens, a junior at Brantley High School and Katie Robbins, a junior at Kinston High School, were selected to attend the national Youth Tour in Washington, D.C., this June.
