McKenzie School had a wonderful turnout recently for the ribbon cutting of the Sensory Playground at McKenzie School.

This Sensory Playground was made possible through a grant from MidSouth RC&D Council. This grant provided resources to a vacant area at McKenzie School. Through the grant, we were able to make a vacant lot functional and recreational for children with special needs.

This sensory playground is available to students in K4- 5th grade.
