Brantley councilman charged with domestic violence

The Brantley Police Department charged Brantley City Councilman Lorey Bogen with domestic violence third degree.
Bogen was last charged with domestic violence on the Fourth of July, 2012. Charges were dropped after his wife refused to testify.
