Pike Liberal Arts School defeated Fort Dale Academy 12-3 Tuesday in Troy.

Fort Dale (1-2) pushed single runs across in each of the first two innings to take a 2-0 lead before the Lady Patriots rallied to take a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the third inning.

Pike Liberal added two runs in the fourth, four runs in the fifth and two runs in the sixth to earn the win.

Fort Dale got one run in the sixth.

The Lady Eagles will be back in action Thursday when they play host to Lowndes Academy. First pitch is set for 3 p.m. at the Lady Eagles’ new on-campus softball field.
