Mary Lou Salter Phelps, age 93, of Greenville passed away on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at Stabler Memorial Hospital. She is preceded in death by her husband Kirby James Phelps, Jr. She is survived by one sister, Lucille Salter Walker Smith of Clanton and two sisters in law, Margaret Salter of Columbia, Tenn. and Faye Salter of Vernon, Ala She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Graveside services were held on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Sunrise Cemetery in Greenville, with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing and Minister Charles Box, Walnut Street Church of Christ officiating.
