In keeping with October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Luverne School is participating in a month-long Domestic Violence Awareness Campaign.

Accompanied by sponsor Mrs. Suzette West, several members of the LHS Key Club visited the Crenshaw County Courthouse and provided purple awareness ribbons for each of the county employees.

The students also placed purple bows throughout downtown Luverne. Anyone needing help may call the 24-hour domestic violence hotline at 1-800-650-6522.
