U. S. Congressman Bobby Bright had a busy day in Crenshaw County Monday.
Bright made his first stop at Petrey Town Hall before heading to First Citizens Bank in Luverne. While at First Citizens, Bright listened to many residents who had some major concerns about healthcare and the healthcare bill that President Obama has presented to Congress.
He also presented a proclamation to First Citizens Bank President William Petrey for the bank’s recent top honors and awards.
Bright then visited with the Luverne Rotary Club, along with other special guests, including Sen. Wendell Mitchell.
Bright ended his day in Crenshaw County with a “Congress on Your Corner” at Rutledge Town Hall.
