The Alabama Career Center will have its Rapid Response Team in Georgiana this Friday, June 26 to aid those workers affected by the closing of Chapman Forest Products.

The team will conduct three sessions at 9 a.m., 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. at the Georgiana High School auditorium. Resource packets will be available for those who attend and topics discussed will include state and local services available, unemployment compensation and insurance, and the availability of employment opportunities.

Chapman Forest Products announced its closure on June 15.
