Last Saturday night was opening night at Avenger Speedway as crowds were treated to racing action.

The racetrack is looking for more cars this weekend as they continue to be fixed and prepared for racing.

Spectators are encouraged to come out and watch the sparks fly at a 7 p.m. start time.
