Carnley, McLeod plan Oct. 4th ceremony

Mr. and Mrs. Glen McLeod would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Erin Cody McLeod, to Jay Monroe Carnley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Green of Troy, Alabama, and Mr. and Mrs. Coleman Carnley of Jesup, Georgia.
The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Boswell and the late Jesse Ray Jordan of Rutledge, Alabama, and Mr. G. L. McLeod and the late Emma McLeod of Luverne, Alabama. She is a 2005 graduate of Luverne High School, and is currently a senior at Troy University majoring in Elementary Education. She will graduate in the spring of 2009, and is currently employed at The Shoppes of Miz Fancy.
Mr. Carnley is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jay Carnley of Brantley, Alabama, and Mr. and Mrs. James Rainey and Mrs. Joyce Rainey of Troy, Alabama. He is a 2000 graduate of Brantley High School, and a 2002 graduate of McArthur Technical College in Opp, Alabama. He is currently employed at Hudson’s Heavy Duty Repair in Luverne, Alabama.
The wedding ceremony is slated for October 4, 2008, at two o’clock in the afternoon at the Glenwood Baptist Church in Glenwood, Alabama. A reception in the couple’s honor will immediately follow at the Goshen Town Hall.
All family and friends are invited to attend.
