Whitaker, David Wayne, 46, of Mobile, died Saturday, Sept. 1, 2007 at his residence. Services were at 11 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, 2007 from Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Brother William Leverette and Brother Rob Gulledge officiating. Interment followed in Oak Hill Cemetery. Active pallbearers were Whit Whitaker, Gordon Everette, Gene Everette, Bill Leverette, Dale Lawrence and David Lawrence.
