Eufaula and formerly of Georgiana, died Thursday, July 5, 2007 in Eufaula. Funeral Services were held at 11 a.m. July 7, 2007 from the First United Methodist Church with Rev. Doug Golden officiating.

Burial followed in Oakwood Cemetery with Johnson Funeral Home of Georgiana directing.
