n A report was filed at Bent Creek Apts. for breaking and entering of a motor vehicle. One JVC CD player worth $100 was reported stolen and the dashboard of an automobile received $100 damage.

n A report was filed on Aztec Rd. for criminal mischief. One passenger side window received $200 damage.

n A report was filed at Murphy's USA for theft of property. 16.9 gallons of gasoline worth $35.61 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Fred's Department Store for theft of property. One bottle of New York Nights body spray worth $3 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on Bolling St. for harassing communications.

n A report was filed on Hickory St. for harassment.

n A report was filed on Hicks St. for assault to a law enforcement officer and disorderly conduct.

n A report was filed at Myrick's Grocery for theft of property. 8.93 gallons of gasoline worth $20.01 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed on the Greenville Bypass for theft of property. One driver's license worth $15, one social security card and one Medicaid card was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Greenville High School for theft of lost property. One cell phone worth $120 was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at CVS Pharmacy for theft of property.

Dec. 13

n A report was filed at Murphy's USA for theft of property. $25 of gasoline was reported stolen.

n A report was filed at Dunbar Recreation Center for criminal mischief. One passenger side mirror received $150 damage.

n A report was filed on Perdue Place for harassment.

The following arrests were made by the Greenville Police Department from Dec. 8 through Dec. 13:

n James Harrison Andrews, 40, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - improper tag and failure to appear - no insurance.

n Roger Boggan, 55, was arrested and charged with theft of property, 3rd degree.

Dec. 9

n Derrick Lee Ingram, 28, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - expired tag.

n Glenn Ray Sexton, 24, was arrested and charged with DUI.

n James Frazier, 35, was arrested and charged with harassment.

n Robert David Scarver, 55, was arrested and charged with failure to appear - driving while suspended.

n Timothy Robertson, 31, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

n Reco Demond Hartley, 22, was arrested and charged with assault of a law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and resisting arrest.

n Savannah Nasha Kemp, 21, was arrested and charged with giving a false name to a law enforcement officer and failure to appear - no driver's license.
