n Cynthia Lynn Huston, 39, was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree identity theft.

n Lee Earnest Frost, 43, was arrested and charged with first-degree assault.

n A report was filed on Marshy Bottom Drive in Greenville for assault. A man shot another man in the foot.

n A report was filed on Mobile Road in Greenville for third-degree theft. A $100 bill was stolen from a purse.

n A report was filed on Mosley Road in Greenville for third-degree domestic violence. A couple had an argument.

October 5

n A report was filed on Overlook Road in Greenville for third-degree theft. Two Interstate batteries were stolen from a bus.

n A report was filed on Midway Road in Honoraville for second-degree theft. A white English Bulldog was stolen from a yard.

n A report was filed on Wiperwill Lane in Greenville for third-degree criminal trespassing. A man rode his bicycle into a yard and onto the front porch after repeatedly being asked not to.

October 7

n A report was filed on Hank Williams Road in Georgiana for third-degree criminal mischief. An aluminum boat was vandalized as someone knocked several holes in the bottom of it with a pickaxe.

n A report was filed on Sea Road in Greenville for third-degree theft and domestic violence harassment. A mailbox was taken from a residence.

n A report was filed on Highway 106 West in Georgiana for third-degree criminal mischief. Someone pried open a residential front door.
