April 13

n A report was filed on Highway 106-West for killing and disabling livestock. One cow was killed and another injured.

n A report was filed at Evergreen Forestry Products, Inc. for theft of property. Taken was one fuel key valued at $10.

April 17

n A report was filed on Spring Valley Dr. for trespassing.

n A report was filed at Myrick's BP for theft by deception.

April 18

n A report was filed on Jazz Lane for theft of property. Taken was assorted aluminum skirting of different sizes valued at $300.

n A report was filed on Highway 10-West for harassment and reckless endangerment.

n A report was filed at D&J Recycling for criminal trespass and harassment.

April 20

n A report was filed on Manningham Rd. for theft of property. Items taken include $1,100 in assorted U.S. currency, two sterling silver necklaces valued at $60 total, and assorted insurance papers.

n A report was filed on Burkett Rd. for domestic violence - assault.

n A report was filed on Steiner Store Rd. for attempted suicide.

April 21

n A report was filed on Poole Rd. for possession of a controlled substance. Items recovered include an orange pill bottle with crack cocaine and one glass pipe used for smoking crack.

April 22

n A report was filed on Yelder Rd. for domestic violence - assault. A doorframe received $150 in property damage.

n A report was filed on Sea Rd. for harassing communications.

April 23

n A report was filed on Ridge Rd. for domestic violence-harassment.

n A report was filed on Highway 31 and County Rd. 47 for reckless endangerment and reckless harassment.

April 24

n A report was filed on Luverne Highway for criminal mischief. A pad lock, wooden doorframe and chain lock received $95 in property damage.

n A report was filed on Damascus Rd. for harassing communications.

n A report was filed at the Butler County Jail for assault.

April 26

n A report was filed on Coach Rd. for burglary. Items taken include $500 in assorted U.S. currency, one JVC camcorder valued at $220, one silver necklace valued at $30, two white gold earrings valued at $500. One metal doorframe received $150 in property damage.

April 27

n A report was filed on Steiner Store Rd. for theft of property. Items taken include 11 assorted firearms valued at $6,200 total.

n A report was filed on Meadow Crest Rd. for domestic violence - harassment.

n A report was filed at the McKenzie Mall for harassment.

n A report was filed on Luverne Highway for burglary and theft of property.

n Donald G. Mount, 19, was arrested and charged with assault, 3rd, and reckless endangerment.

n David Allen Wall, 20, was arrested and charged with theft by deception.

n Noah H. Flower III, 21, was arrested and charged with theft by deception.

n Richard Junior Smith, 36, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance.

n Jester Lee Bethel Sr., 51, was arrested and charged with driving with a revoked license.

n James Earl Beasley, 36, was arrested and charged with reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, and attempting to elude.

n Jeremy Clay Gamble, 26, was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

n Marvin Shermaine Moore, 27, was arrested and charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

n Vicki Childrey Broughton, 45, was arrested and charged with public intoxication.

n Cedric Poole, 24, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering of a motor vehicle, failure to appear - theft of property, 3rd, failure to appear - resisting arrest, and failure to appear - kidnapping, 1st.
