Feb. 2

n Lashaena Shantel Scott, 23, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd.

n Frederick Smith, 42, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

Feb. 6

n Artie Scarver, 52, was arrested and charged with assault, 2nd.

n Shauntez Terrell Hamilton, 21, was arrested on charges of failure to appear for no driver's license, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and reckless driving.

Feb. 9

n Dewayne Devon Seals, 18, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, 2nd.

The following complaints were filed at the Greenville Police Department from Feb. 1 to Feb. 9:

n A complaint was filed for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance on Milner St.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on Mountain View Dr. Stolen was assorted tools worth approximately $800.

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property at Wal-Mart. Stolen was one camera cellular telephone worth approximately $150.

Feb. 2

n A complaint was filed for burglary on Church St. Stolen was one king size bed frame worth approximately $30, two king size mattresses worth approximately $500, one couch valued at $500, three chairs valued at $150, one trunk worth approximately $50, one electric sewing machine worth approximately $100 and one washing machine worth approximately $100.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Fort Dale Rd.

Feb. 3

n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property. Stolen was one cellular telephone worth approximately $69.

n A complaint was filed for domestic disturbance on Milner St.

n A complaint was filed for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Recovered were four plastic bags of marijuana, approximately valued at $80, one plastic bag of cocaine, approximately valued at $20, $527 in U.S. currency, three scales valued at $150, and a bag containing an unknown substance, valued at $10.

Feb. 5

n A complaint was filed for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle at the Wal-Mart parking lot. Stolen was a 24-inch, 10 karat gold chain worth approximately $473.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on W. Field St. Stolen was one black leather jacket worth approximately $150.

Feb. 6

n A complaint was filed for lost property at Wal-Mart. Lost was one blue Motorola cellular telephone worth approximately $50.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Flowers St. The driver's side door window of an Oldsmobile automobile received approximately $200 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief at Perdue Place. A door received approximately $300 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Hill St. The driver's window of an Oldsmobile automobile received $200 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on S. Park St. Stolen were 21 capsules of 150 mg Wellbutrin XL valued at approximately $70, and 12 capsules of 325 mg Hydrocodone.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on South St.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief at Dunklin Daniels Funeral Home. The driver's door received approximately $300 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Riegel St. The driver's side window of a 1991 Ford received damage.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property at the ROTC office of Greenville High School. Stolen was one Gateway computer worth approximately $1,000, three HP inkjet cartridges worth approximately $105, one HP inkjet color cartridge worth approximately $35, a keyboard, mouse and monitor and one copy printer, estimated value of $100.

n A complaint was filed for burglary at Burger King. A back door and lock received approximately $1500 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for menacing at the Medicine Shoppe.

Feb. 8

n A complaint was filed for menacing on Carver Circle.

Feb. 9

n A complaint was filed for a damaged fence at the USA Travel Center. The fence received approximately $500 in damage.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on Roosevelt St. Stolen was one, white rocking chair worth approximately $60.

n A complaint was filed for burglary at Max Mart South. Stolen was one case of Aspen Extreme beer worth approximately $10.
