n Joyce Jones, 47, was arrested for criminal trespassing, third degree.

n Lloyd Bennett, 31, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Daniel Adam Holley, 27, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree, and for possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Tramaine Martez Owens, 23, was arrested for two counts of domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

n Walter Lee Shanklin, 40, was arrested for public intoxication, disorderly conduct and for resisting arrest.

n Matthew Estes, 21, was arrested for failure to appear for driving with a suspended license.

n Patrick Renardo Crenshaw, 19, was arrested for assault, second degree.

n Larry Howard Lucas, 52, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

n Daniel Ray Soloman, 23, was arrested for failure to appear for driving with a revoked license, and for failure to appear for driving with no seat belt.

n Tyvin L. Powell, 27, was arrested for menacing.

n A complaint was filed for the distribution of a controlled substance at Reid Court. One off-white, rock-like substance believed to be crack cocaine, valued at $20, was recovered.

Dec. 28

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Fred's. Items taken and recovered included one Nautical Velocity watch, valued at $19.99, one jewelry box watch set, valued at $12.97, one men's watch, valued at $12, one men's watch/ clock watch set, valued at $14.99, and one BC Pain Medicine, valued at $3.29.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, first degree, on Pineapple Highway.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Willow Lane.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on First Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Winkler Street. One house jack, valued at $40, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, on Hickory Street.

Dec. 29

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Ogelsby Street. Items taken included one chain saw, valued at $300, and one push lawn mower, valued at $210.

n A complaint was filed for counterfeiting at Gandy's Store. One counterfeit $20 bill was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, on Perdue Place. Five bags of a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana, valued at $100, were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Government Street. One aluminum step ladder, valued at $175, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, on Ogelsby and World streets. One brown, blunt marijuana cigarette containing a green, leafy substance, valued at $10, was recovered.

Dec. 30

n A report was filed for miscellaneous-lost property at Wal-Mart. One cell phone, valued at $70, was lost.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, third degree, at the Greenville Animal Shelter. One gate's door lock received $10 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Executive Drive.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, third degree, at Top Nails in the Butler Square.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Government Street. One .38 caliber Smith & Wesson, valued at $150, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on West Commerce. The driver's side door received $200 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on School Highlands Road.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, at the Waffle House. One front windshield received $500 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on L.V. Stabler Drive. One flagpole and an emergency light received $1,000 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Wimberly Street.

n A complaint was filed for public intoxication and disorderly conduct in the Front Street Pub parking lot.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, and for possession of drug paraphernalia in the Front Street Pub parking lot. Items recovered included two pill bottles containing a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana, valued at $50, and one glass pipe.

Jan. 1

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on South Conecuh Street. Two metal outdoor chairs, valued at $100, were taken.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, on Ogelsby Street. A small amount of marijuana, valued at $5, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Liberty Station on the Greenville Bypass. Someone drove off without paying for $15 in gas.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Shannon Hill Road.

n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on Perdue Place.

n A complaint was filed for possession of marijuana, second degree, on Bolling and Commerce streets. One Swisher cigarette containing a green, leafy substance believed to be marijuana was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for operating a business without a license on Government Street. Items recovered included two 18-packs of Budweiser, 25 12-ounce cans of Budweiser, two 1.75 liter bottles of Seagrams gin, one 1.75 liter bottle of Paul Masson brandy, one 1.75 liter bottle of Montezuma tequila, six 12-ounce cans of Bud Light, one bottle of Ocean Spray, one martini shaker/ strainer, one stack of plastic shot glasses, worth a total value of $130, and $161.46 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for a child in need of supervision on Haygood Drive.

n A complaint was filed for harassment on Highway 10 West.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, on Harrison Street.

n A complaint was filed for assault, second degree, on Cedar Street.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct and for resisting arrest on Hickory and Garfield streets.

n A complaint was filed for robbery, first degree, in Perdue Village. Items taken included one black wallet, one ID card, two insurance cards, one debit card and $20 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Wright Street. Items taken included one green bike, valued at $60, and one orange and silver bike, valued at $100.

Jan. 3

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, in the Best Value Inn parking lot. Four tires received $240 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Hickory Street. Items taken included two 10-inch Kicker Competition speakers, one speaker box and one Kicker 150-watt amplifier, all valued at $500, one Sanyo CD player, valued at $100, and approximately 10 CDs, valued at $200.

A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on Commerce Street. One passenger's-side front fender received $1,000 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, on Flowers Street. Items taken included silver coins from the 1860s and 1870s, valued at $500, and assorted jewelry.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ harassment, third degree, on Aztec Road.

n A complaint was filed for the fraudulent use of a credit/ debit card at Exxon Mobile on Fort Dale Road. One Visa credit card received $150 in unauthorized charges.
