Nov. 21

n Jason Earl Jernigan, 29, was arrested for the unlawful transport of firearms.

The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff's Department Nov. 8 through Dec. 1.

Nov. 8

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, and the unlawful breaking and entering of a dwelling on Blue Bird Drive. Items taken included three gold chains, valued at $800, one watch, valued at $50, and $350 in cash. Two windows received $100 in damages, and two lamps received $45 in damages.

Nov. 16

n A complaint was filed for burglary, second degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Halso Mill Road. Items taken included one 13-inch TV, valued at $100, one CD player, valued at $75, one DVD player with speakers, valued at $150, one .38 caliber pistol, valued at $100, one microwave, valued at $30, and 20 DVDs, valued at $400.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Samson Road.

Nov. 27

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and for theft of property, second degree, on John Zipper Road. Items taken included one Pioneer cassette player, valued at $100, $400 cash, and one bicycle, valued at $75.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Jazz Road.

n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, second degree, on Shacklewood Road.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and for theft of property, second degree, on Arbor Crest Road. Items taken included one 27-inch Sanyo flat screen TV, valued at $450, and one DVD player, valued at $75.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Vickery Road.

Nov. 30

n A complaint was filed for livestock running at large on Elizabeth Street in McKenzie.

n A complaint was filed for harassing communications on Steiner Store Road.

Dec. 1

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Forest Home Road. Several checks were taken, and one mailbox was damaged.
