Oct. 27
n A complaint was filed for DUI on Cunningham Street.
n A complaint was filed for criminal trespassing, third degree, and domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Burnett Street.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ reckless endangerment, third degree, on Burnett Street.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on School Highlands Road. One 1999 Chevy 1500 Silverado, valued at $11,500, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Roosevelt Street. Items taken included one DVD player, valued at $40, one cell phone, valued at $50, and one Sony PlayStation, valued at $250.
Oct. 28
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Glendale Avenue. Items taken included one diamond ring, valued at $1,900, and one gold wedding band, valued at $125.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Myrick’s Amoco on Pine Apple Highway. Someone drove off without paying for $25 in gas.
n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment on I-65 North at mile marker 127.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Boutwell Street. One mailbox and post received $35 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, and theft of property, third degree, at Piggly Wiggly. Items damaged and recovered included two packs of meat, valued at $15.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Pineapple Highway. $460 in cash was taken.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on East Commerce Street.
n A complaint was filed for arson, first degree, and criminal mischief, third degree, on South Park Street. One driver’s window received $300 in damages, and a residence received $5,000 in fire and smoke damages.
n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on Oak Street. The driver’s side door received $100 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, at CVS on Fort Dale Road. A vehicle received $550 in paint damages.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, third degree, on South Pine Street.
n A complaint was filed for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on South Street.
Oct. 29
n A complaint was filed for the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Thames Street.
n A complaint was filed for menacing on Harrison Street.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, at ByPass Auto. Four tires and rims, valued at $3,000, were taken.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, second degree, on West Commerce Street. The roof of an Isuzu Rodeo received $1,500 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Roosevelt Street.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree. One doorframe received $50 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on School Highlands Road. One balcony door glass received $250 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident at The Smokehouse. The left rear corner of a vehicle and its bumper received $6,000 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on Parmer Street.
n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct on West Parmer Street.
n A complaint was filed for a child in need of supervision on Waters Street.
n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on Pine Apple Highway.
Oct. 31
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, in Wal-Mart parking lot. One .38 caliber revolver, valued at $350, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for leaving the premises of a gasoline sales establishment without remitting payment at Myrick’s BP on Pine Apple Highway. Someone drove off without paying for $34 in gas.
n A complaint was filed for menacing at Perdue Village Apartments.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on West Gamble Street. Items taken included one 32 inch patio door, valued at $180, four boxes of porcelain tiles, valued at $250, and two 25-pound bags of grout, valued at $30.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Halso Mill Road. Items taken included two 100-foot extension cords, valued at $80, one sprayer, valued at $70, one silver tool box containing 15 pairs of scissors and a role of wrenches, valued at $150, one 8-foot aluminum ladder, valued at $40, one pump-up sprayer, valued at $50, one 12-foot tape measurer, valued at $15, one two-ton floor jack, valued at $70, and two heavy duty tow straps, valued at $70.
Nov. 1
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Gamble Street. $200 in cash was taken. A jar containing $10 in change was stolen and recovered.
n A complaint was filed for leaving the premises of a gasoline sales establishment without remitting payment at Murphy USA on Willow Lane. Someone drove off without paying for $20 in gas.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on East Perdue Street. Assorted pipefittings, valued at $100, were taken.
n A complaint was filed for harassment at McDonald’s.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on South Street. One 1992 Buick Roadmaster, valued at $5,000, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for identity theft on Flowers Street.
n A complaint was filed for passing a school bus against the stop sign and for disorderly conduct on Linda Avenue.
n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, at an unknown location. One cell phone, valued at $200, was lost.
Nov. 2
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Cloverdale Road. 1,700 pounds of assorted copper, valued at $1,200, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart. One Sony 1000-watt amp, valued at $143, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, at the U.S. Post Office on East Commerce Street.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on North Conecuh Street. Items taken included $300 in cash and one set of keys. One money coin machine received $2,700 in damages, and one interior wall paneling received $15 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for burglary on Valley Drive. Items damaged included one window screen, one light bulb and one light cover, for a total of $45 in damages.
