Nov. 15

n John David Fails, 52, was arrested for felony investigation.

n Curtis Lee Powell, 43, was arrested for felony investigation.

Nov. 17

n Freddy Dewayne Fails, 30, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

Nov. 18

n Glean Louis Spann, 40, was arrested for burglary, third degree, and NWNI.

Nov. 21

n Karen Scott Lott, 52, was arrested for DUI.

n Anthony Craig Bennett, 19, was arrested for failure to appear for theft of property, second degree.

The following complaints were filed at the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from Nov. 12 through Nov. 21.

Nov. 12

n A complaint was filed for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Sandra Lane in Fort Deposit.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, harassment and burglary, first degree, on Morgan Road in Georgiana. A 2000 Chevy Camaro, valued at $16,000, was taken.

Nov. 14

n A complaint was filed for burglary and theft of property, second degree, on Narrow Lane Road. Items taken included one .22 carbine, valued at $450, and one .22 Remington Speedmaster, valued at $400.

n A complaint was filed for interference with child custody on Dilly Hill Road in McKenzie.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Monterey Road in Forest Home. One child support check, valued at $345, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Gravel Hill Road. One door received $250 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, and for burglary, first degree, on East Honoraville Road. Items taken included five watches, valued at $300, two diamond rings, valued at $300, three wedding bands, valued at $900, one gold tennis bracelet, valued at $350, one rod and reel, valued at $80, one toolbox, valued at $400, one Spider open cast, valued at $200, one World War II German gun, valued at $600, and five firearms, worth a total value of $1,350.

Nov. 15

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Whisper Lane. One Everstart battery, valued at $50, was taken.

n A complaint was filed for harassment and criminal mischief, third degree, on Hummingbird Lane. One air conditioner window unit received $500 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and theft of property, first degree, on South Mount Zion Road. Items taken included seven rings, valued at $300, and five firearms, worth a total value of $2,800. One window received $300 in damages.

Nov. 17

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, on Pineapple Highway.

Nov. 20

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Harley Street in McKenzie.

Nov. 21

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Shadow Lane.
