July 18
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, and theft of property, first degree, on Halso Mill Road. Items taken included one bow and arrows with its case, valued at $450, one four-poster bed and box springs, valued at $3,000, one 42" color TV, valued at $400, and one Weed Eater were taken.
August 6
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, at Fort Deposit Wood Yard on Highway 31 North.
Items taken included one IBM personal computer, valued at $1,500, one monitor, valued at $300, one Lexmark printer, valued at $400, one Okidata printer, valued at $450, one PPCUPS battery back-up, valued at $450, one Compaq tape drive, valued at $900, and one Cisco Router, valued at $1,000.
August 8
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ criminal mischief, third degree, on Cotton Blossom Road.
August 10
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Mobile Road.
One five-gallon gas can with gas, valued at $20, was taken. A total of $40 in gas was also taken from two separate vehicles.
n A complaint was filed for the unlawful distribution of a controlled substance in Greenville. One plastic bag containing two grams of cocaine, valued at $100, was recovered.
August 11
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ menacing, third degree, on the Luverne Highway.
n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, at the Butler County Jail.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/ menacing, third degree, on the Luverne Highway.
August 13
n A complaint was filed for harassment at the Greenville Race-Way.
n A complaint was filed for an accident fire on 31 North at Mile Marker 141.
n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, on Avant Road in Georgiana.
August 15
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Shackleville Road in Georgiana.
Four rims and tires, valued at $800, were stolen.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Mashville Road. One 2002 Chevy Silverado, valued at $10,000, was stolen.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, second degree, on Hall Loop in Georgiana. One .38 caliber pistol, valued at $100, was taken.
n A complaint was filed for assault, third degree, and domestic violence, third degree, in McKenzie.
August 17
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Kolb City Road. One blank check and approximately 120 Xanax tablets, valued at $9, were taken.
August 19
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/harassment, third degree, at Butler Estates.
August 20
n A complaint was filed for a miscellaneous incident on McKenzie Grade Road.
n A complaint was filed for rape, second degree, on Owens Road.
August 21
n A warrant was filed for miscellaneous incident/death/natural causes, on Crosby Lane.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on East Dogwood Trail in Georgiana.
Four car tires received $400 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for reckless endangerment on Poole Road.

n Jennifer Hardee, 21, was arrested for violation of bond and Failure to Appear for possession of a forged instrument, second degree.
August 12
n Marlen Keith Herbert, 24, was arrested for FTA for possession/ receiving of a controlled substance, two counts of FTA for possession of marijuana, first degree, and FTA for no driver's license.
August 14
n Stacey Malonya Wright, 30, was arrested for public intoxication.
n Marcus D. Whittle, 31, was arrested for DUI.
n Adam Maurice Watts, 27, was arrested for DUI.

n Callie Hassebrock, 21, was arrested for harassing communications.
n Shirley Kendrick, 43, was arrested for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle and theft of property, first degree.

n Woodrow Kendrick, 53, was arrested for assault, third degree, and domestic violence.

n Ollie Morris, 57, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, harassment, and giving a false name to a law enforcement officer.
n Bobby McMeans, 26, was arrested for FTA for no driver's license.
n Antonio L. Hall, 20, was arrested for attempted rape, first degree.
n Jonathan Jacob Free, 21, was arrested for probation violation.
