greenville – Johnnie Mae Robinson Campbell, 97, a resident of Greenville, died Wednesday, August 10, 2005.

Funeral services and burial were held Wednesday, August 17, 2005, at the Hopewell A.M.E. Zion Church in the Searcy Community with Rev. Peggie L. Cook, Pastor, and Rev. John M. Taylor officiating, and Hudson Funeral Home directing. Burial followed in the churchyard cemetery.

Mrs. Campbell was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, nephew and husband.

Mrs. Campbell is survived by her daughter Geraldine C. Feagin, adopted children Herbert (Francie) Shine and Robert (Alma) Crittenden, all of Greenville, Floyd W. Middleton Sr. of Georgiana; three step-children, Arvey Lee (Barbara) Campbell Jr. of Lawerlton, NY, Cerola C. Adams of Brentwood, NY, and James (Jerelean) Campbell of St. Albany, NY; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Lodee Campbell of Greenville,

and Mrs. Evelyn Campbell of Dayton, OH, along with numerous other family members and cherished friends.
