n A complaint was filed for unlawful possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, first degree, on West Commerce.
Four plastic bags containing marijuana, valued at $30, and approximately 19 pieces of crack cocaine, valued at $300, were recovered.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, and the breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Perdue Place.
One compact disc player, valued at $350, and five assorted cd’s, valued at $80, were taken.
n A complaint was filed for harassing communications at Cracker Barrel.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Lucile Street.
One power meter and power meter box lid received $50 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on West Commerce.
n A complaint was filed for theft of lost property, third degree, in Goody’s parking lot.
One flip phone, valued at $50, was stolen.
July 6
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Milner Street.
One back car window received $350 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, harassment and theft of property, third degree, on Ogelsby Street.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on West Perdue Street.
One front windshield received $150 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for possession of a controlled substance on South College Street.
Three objects believed to be crack cocaine, valued at $60, were recovered.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Oak Street.
One front door received $150 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, on Wimberly Street.
Three mailboxes and two posts received $150 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Fort Dale Road.
Someone drove off without paying for $29.94 in gas.
n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct, assault, third degree, and inciting to riot on Whitaker and Commerce streets.
July 7
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on South Street.
n A complaint was filed for harassment on Hardscramble Road.
n A complaint was filed for leaving the scene of an accident on Highway 245.
One front bumper and headlight received $1,000 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Lucile Street.
A 1985 Dodge Ram received $1,500 in damages, and assorted vending machines received $2,000 in damages.
n A complaint was made for miscellaneous information on Cahaba Road.
n A complaint was made for burglary, first degree, on Oliver Street.
One Chevy 350 racing motor, valued at $10,000, was stolen.
n A complaint was made for theft of property, third degree, on Grayson Street. One 26&uot; pink and black ten-speed bike, valued at $100, was stolen.
Also, one 26&uot; red and black ten-speed bike, valued at $75, was stolen.
July 8
n A complaint was filed for reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and attempting to elude a police officer on New Searcy Road.
n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief, third degree, in Piggly Wiggly’s parking lot.
One front bumper received $200 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on East Commerce.
Five rings, valued at $5,000, and $10 in cash were taken.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property at Super Foods’ parking lot.
One flip-top phone, valued at $50, was taken.
n A complaint was made for miscellaneous information on Government Street.
n A complaint was made for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.
One cell phone, valued at $189, was stolen.
n A complaint was made for menacing and harassment at the BP Station.
n A complaint was made for criminal mischief, third degree, and harassment on Waters Street.
A rear car window received $150 in damages.
July 9
n A complaint was made for shooting into an occupied vehicle on Highway 185.
The driver’s rear quarter panel received $150 in damages.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.
One license plate sticker, valued at $25, was stolen.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.
Items taken included one bag of dog food, one bag of potatoes, one child’s cup, and one pair of earrings, all valued at $16.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.
Items taken included one coloring book, one set of silver rings, and one silver ring, all valued at $11.56.
July 10
n A complaint was filed for burglary at The Smokehouse on Pineapple Highway.
Six boxes of candy bars and one roll of bologna, all valued at $110, were taken.
n A complaint was filed for harassment on Highway 185.
July 11
n A complaint was filed for harassment in Winn Dixie’s parking lot.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property at Fred’s.
One shower curtain, valued at $13, was stolen.
n A complaint was filed for menacing on South Street.
n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at the Exxon Station on 185.
Someone drove off without paying for $17.01 in gas.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on South Conecuh Street.
n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Lucile Street.
n A complaint was filed for burglary at Wal-Mart.
One glass casing and one glass door received a total of $1,750 in damages.
Also, jewelry, valued at $50, was stolen.
July 12
