n A complaint was filed for unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in Ruby Tuesday's parking lot.

The front passenger window received $250 in damages, and one purse, valued at $20, was stolen.

One vehicle received $800 in paint damages.

n A complaint was filed for harassment at Goody's.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, on Oak Street.

June 30

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous on Willow Lane.

One checkbook, Ala. driver's license, and assorted credit cards were taken.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Wimberly Street.

n A complaint was filed for burglary, third degree, on Whitaker Street.

Items taken included one weed eater, valued at $80, and one lawn mower, valued at $200.

Two windows and one door and lock received $140 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia at McBride's Hilltop.

Two crack pipes were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Whitaker Street.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.

One cell phone, valued at $89, was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Cunningham Street.

One Stingray chopper bike, valued at $259, was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Industrial Blvd.

Items taken included one 5×8 trailer, valued at $600, and one Blue Star welding machine, valued at $2000.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on the Greenville Bypass.

Someone drove off without paying for $47.20 in gas.

n A complaint was filed for theft of services, third degree, at Camellia Court.

Someone left without paying for 11 days of hotel room charges, valued at $303.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in Fred's parking lot.

Items taken included one black leather purse, valued at $15, assorted papers and records, and $90 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Fort Dale Road.

Someone drove off without paying for $29 in gas.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on Norvel Street.

A Social Security check, valued at $574, was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Lucille Street.

A front door window received $150 in damages, and one Ala. Power meter received $150 in damages.

One rear window of a motor vehicle received $1000 in damages.

n A complaint was made for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Linda Avenue.

n A complaint was made for burglary on Bolling Street.

Items taken included two diamond rings, valued at $100, one gold ring, valued at $80, and $65 in cash.

n A complaint was made for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Walnut Street.

n A complaint was made for theft of property, third degree, at Wal-Mart.

Items taken included one 20-pack of Budweiser beer, valued at $13.54, one box of Pedigree Puppy-size Bites, valued at $9.53, one belly ring, valued at $4.97, and one bag of ice, valued at .77 cents.

n A complaint was made for criminal mischief, third degree, on South Conecuh Street.

One drink vending machine door received $100 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, second degree, and domestic violence/menacing, third degree, on South Conecuh Street.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Willow Lane.

The driver's door received $450 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for possession of drug paraphernalia on Ogelsby Street.

One crack pipe was recovered.

July 3

n A complaint was filed for the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle on Boutwell Street.

A 1990 Ford Bronco, valued at $5000, was recovered.

n A complaint was filed for miscellaneous information on Executive Drive.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on First Street.

One white English bulldog, valued at $150, was stolen.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property on Crum Street.

Items taken included one black leather wallet, valued at $12, assorted papers, and $420 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for criminal mischief on Willow Lane.

One vehicle received $800 in paint damages.

One plastic bag containing a green leafy substance, valued at $10, was recovered.

One small metal container with a crystal-like substance inside believed to be crystal meth, valued at $150, and one long glass pipe were recovered.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle in Shoney's parking lot.

Items taken included assorted compact discs, valued at $90, one pocketbook, valued at $10, one bank card, valued at $10, and $40 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Interstate Drive.

Items taken included one brown leather purse, valued at $40, five credit cards, assorted prescription bottles, and $15 in cash.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment on Hill Circle.

n A complaint was filed for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest on Highway 245.

n A complaint was filed for domestic violence/assault, third degree, on East World Street.

n A complaint was filed for the unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle on Willow Lane.

Items taken included one tan leather purse, valued at $10, and one checkbook.

The driver's door, the front passenger door and the front passenger-side window received a total of $300 in damages.

n A complaint was filed for counterfeiting, third degree, and theft of property at Burger King.

Someone passed a counterfeit $50 bill.

n A complaint was filed for theft of property, third degree, on Fort Dale Road.

Someone drove off without paying for $10.05 in gas.

n Ronald Wilton Pugh, 56, was arrested for public intoxication.

n Donaven Allen Hamilton, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Damonde C. Crenshaw, 27, was arrested for menacing.

n Amy Priscilla Murray, 24, was arrested for theft of property, third degree, FTA for driving with a revoked license, and FTA for a switched tag.

n Terrance Jarell Murphy, 19, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of FTA for no driver's license, and FTA for no insurance.

n Teryl Myles, 28, was arrested for seven counts of fraudulent use of a debit card, and theft of lost property, second degree.

n Kate Jones Hardy, 49, was arrested for theft of property, third degree.

n Leroy Roper, 54, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

n Robert Clyde Dunklin, 45, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

n Adrian Lamar Reese, 24, was arrested for possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Delsey T. Hawkins, 23, was arrested for harassing communications, FTA for criminal mischief, third degree, FTA for reckless endangerment, and FTA for no driver's license.

n Kristopher Ryan Jessop, 21, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

n LaConnie Tonice Simpson, 30, was arrested for theft of services, second degree, theft of services, third degree, criminal mischief, third degree, and harassment.

n Matthew Estes, 20, was arrested for FTA for possession of marijuana, second degree.

n Tommy Earl Powell, 56, was arrested for DUI.
