Complaint was made for disorderly conduct in the Butler County Jail Parking Lot when a man charged with capital murder refused to go quietly and deputies were forced to use their Tazer.

n A complaint was made for Harrassing Communications on Bethel Church Road.

n Complaint was made for theft of property on Old Stage Road .

Approximately $88 in currency was taken and $10 in pennies.

n A complaint was made for theft of property on Steiner Store Road.

One Weedeater was stolen.

A complaint was made on Halso Mill Road for reckless driving.

n A complaint was made for criminal mischief and theft of property on Cook Bridge Road.

A hydraulic skidder had $200 in damage done; a radio cassette was taken, valued at $50; and the ignition to the skidder had $150 in damage.\u00E5

n A complaint was made for criminal mischief when a door window was broken, valued at $100 on Raybon Road.

n A complaint was made for criminal mischief when a front door window was broken, vlaued at $150 on Raybon Road.

n A complaint was made for unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and burglary on Ashley Road.

A yellow gas can, various tools, $75 in currenty and 10 CD's valued at $100 was stolen.

n A complaint was made for domestic violence for harrassment at a Halso Mill Road residence.

n A complaint was made on Perdue Place for harrassment.

n A complaint was made for domestic violence harrassment on Browder Road in McKenzie.

n A complaint was made for unauthorized use of vehicle on Kolb City Road.

n A complaint was made for theft of property on Fieldcrest Road. $290 in money was taken, as well as a gold trimmed serving set, valued at $200; a 19 inch television with VCR, valued at $80; a bed set, valued at $200; a set of pots and pans, valued at $400; one clock, $200 and assorted clothes, $100.
