Sandy Ridge - Frances Elizabeth Payne, 75, passed away March 17, 2005 at her home. Funeral services were held Sunday, March 20, at 10 a.m. in the Sandy Ridge Methodist Church with the Rev. Billy Payne officiating. Interment followed in Sawyer Cemetery with Harrison Funeral Home directing.
