The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Nov. 1 through Nov. 15:

Nov. 1

– Levy Lamar Porterfield, 42, was arrested and charged with two counts of theft of property, third degree.

– Tricia M. Burnett, 31, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

– A report was filed for harassment and trespassing on Scrugham Farm Road in Highland Home.

Nov. 5

– A report was filed for harassment at the Crenshaw County Courthouse in Luverne.

Nov. 6

– Amanda Crawford, 24, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

Nov. 8

– Christopher James Bryant, 18, was arrested and charged with breaking and entering into a vehicle and criminal mischief, third degree.

Nov. 9

– Belinda Olive McCreary, 43, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Nov. 10

– Mellissa Ann Arnold, 36, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

– A report was filed for harassment, domestic violence on Leon Tower Road in Dozier.

Nov. 12

– Teresa Rogers, 35, was arrested and charged with two counts of jury tampering.

– A report was filed for theft of property after a credit card was reported stolen on Ivy Creek Road in Rutledge.

– Robert Lamar Joiner, 46, was arrested and charged with failure to pay.

– Tammy C. Miles, 32, was arrested and charged with harassment and trespassing.

– A report was filed for burglary and theft of property after a set of Peavey radio speakers were reported stolen on County Road 9.

– Elbert Elwood Beasley, 32, was arrested and charged with failure to pay child's support.

Nov. 13

– Lachaka Stoutamire, 23, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, third degree, and criminal mischief, third degree.

Nov. 14

– A report was filed for theft of property after a check valued at $278.82 and another check valued at $178.17 were reported stolen from the Wal-Mart SuperCenter in Clanton.

Nov. 15

– Willie Fred Johnson, 49, was arrested and charged with perjury, first degree.

– Shelia Mehaffey Evans, 32, was arrested and charged with three counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

– Bonnie Powell Burgans, 33, was arrested and charged with harassing communications.
