The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Oct. 22 through Nov. 4:

Oct. 22

– Terry Daniels, 34, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

– Barron Harris, 47, was arrested and charged with probation violation and failure to appear.

Oct. 30

– Summer Lynn Hunter, 22, was arrested and charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance, second degree.

– John David Hurley, 37, was arrested for domestic violence and resisting arrest.

Nov. 1

– Cassandra Cole, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

Nov. 2

– James W. Burnett Jr., 65, was arrested and charged with theft by fraud and giving false information to a police officer.

– Gregory Jason Rutledge, 28, was arrested and charged with assault, third degree and carrying a concealed weapon.

– A report was filed for trespassing after damage to a door estimated at $5 was reported on Horne Road in Honoraville.

Nov. 4

– A report was filed for theft of property after a 500-watt Power Balk Generator valued at $679.60 was reported stolen on Pettus Road in Luverne.
