Well, wasn’t this a nice Halloween.

The children were so cute and very polite. My grandbabies got enough candy to last them a while.

I’d never thought about giving out juices, but when my grandbabies got their’s it was a blessing because they were so thirsty. It was warmer than we thought it would be and that was a creative and very thoughtful idea.

Tonight’s the night for the Brantley vs. Luverne game to be played here.

Don’t get me wrong, every game we play is important, but this one is the granddaddy of them all.

Go Dawgs!

Congratulations on winning the Class 1A, Region 3 championship last week.

This saddens me to say this, but cancer has struck again.

Linda Beck has been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She is 40-years-old and her husband is Tim and her daughter is Courtney, who is in the 10th grade at Brantley.

Please pray for this family. They are asking for everyone’s prayers. We are praying for a healing from God.

Please also pray for Sister Annette Mount.

Bro. David said she is so very sick and is asking everyone to please pray with him. The doctors have been unable to diagnose what is wrong with Sister Annette. She is very weak and is having to travel to take test doesn’t help matters any.

We are praying that she gets a touch from God and she will be healed. She and Bro. David pastor at The New Life Center.
