The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Sept. 20 through Oct. 12:

Sept. 20

– A report was filed for theft of property after a 1994 Chevrolet C-10 pickup truck valued at $2,000 was reported stolen on Burgamy Swamp Road in Highland Home.

– A report was filed for theft of property after a Dell computer with 15-inch screen valued at $900, an Emerson DVD player valued at $80 and an Orion 13-inch television valued at $100 were reported stolen on Bailey Road in Brantley.

Sept. 24

– A report was filed for burglary after a television valued at $50 and a VCR valued at $20 was reported stolen on County Road 50 in Honoraville.

Sept. 29

– Austin K. Golay, 25, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana, first degree and possession of drug paraphernalia.

– Randal D. Hattaway, 21, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

– John Travolla Webb, 25, was arrested and charged with menacing.

Sept. 30

– Clemmie Seymore, 39, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

– Glen Hayward Holmes, 33, was arrested and charged with contempt of order.

Oct. 1

– Belinda Olive McCreary, 43, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

– A report was filed for theft of property after a set of keys and a shotgun valued at $250 was reported stolen on New Ebenezer Road in Highland Home.

Oct. 2

– Cassandra Jean Lee, 22, was arrested and charged with public intoxication and child endangerment.

Oct. 3

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage was reported to a vehicle in the Chicken Shack parking lot.

– Erica Earlene Meriwether, 21, was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to appear.

Oct. 5

– Janet Wiggins Whitehead, 35, was arrested and charged with three counts of failure to appear.

n Bonnie Burgans Pruitt, 35, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and failure to pay.

Oct. 6

– Scott Edward Lansdon, 24, was arrested and charged with reckless driving.

– Dollie Cantlow, 57, was arrested for negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

– Justin W. Reeves, 23, was arrested and charged with failure to appear and three counts of failure to pay.

– A report was filed for criminal trespassing on Oliver Myers Road in Highland Home.

Oct. 8

– Debra Edwards, 46, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, third degree.

– Bo Hammett Bogen, 19, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, third degree.

– Benjamin Dale Turney, 22, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

Oct. 9

– Carolyn A. Vassas, 29, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

– Lisa Gaines, 37, was arrested and charged with two counts of negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

Oct. 10

– A report was filed for lost property after a 1.5 carat gold, diamond ring valued at $4,000 was lost at the Shell Station in Luverne.

– A report was filed for a dog bite on Meriweather Trail in Lapine.

– Billy Ray Williams, 38, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

– A report was filed for domestic violence on Hudson Road in Brantley.

Oct. 11

– Antonio Mercer, 41, was arrested and charged with probation violation.

– A report was filed for criminal mischief and trespassing after a rear door valued at $150 was reported damaged on Sweetwater Trailer Court in Honoraville.

Oct. 12

– James H. Majors, 42, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless non-negotiable instrument.

– Dalbert Ray Jordan, 48, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, assault.
