The community is very sorry to hear of the passing of Mrs. Lula Bell

Mount.

A while back, Miss Lula had been treated for facial cancer and recovered from that. You never know what the Lord has in his plans for us. You just have to be ready when he calls.

Sometimes I am at a low point and an e-mail will come with a message to help me through. I would like to share this:

The next time you think you aren’t good enough and God can’t use you remember Noah was a drunk, Abraham was too old, Isaac was a daydreamer, Jacob was a liar, Leah was ugly, Joseph was abused, Moses had a stuttering problem, Gideon was afraid, Samson had long hair and was a womanizer, Rahad was a prostitute, Jeremiah and Timothy were too young, David had an affair and was a murderer, Elijah was suicidal, Isaiah preached naked, Jonah ran from God, Naomi was a widow, Job went bankrupt, John the Baptist ate bugs, Peter denied Christ, the Disciples fell asleep while praying, Martha worried about everything, the Samaritan

woman had many husbands, Zaccheus was too small, Paul was too religious and Lazarus was dead.

God can always use you.
