The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of Sept. 21 through Sept. 28:

Sept. 17

– A report was filed for assault on New Ebenezer Road in Honoraville.

– Kourtney Griffin, 27, was arrested and charged with probation violation, three counts of negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument and driving under the influence.

– Kenneth Ed Ellison, 60 was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Sept. 20

– A report was filed for domestic violence and criminal mischief after the windshield and driver's side door window to a 1992 GMC Sonoma pickup truck valued at $200 each, damage to a pump house and well pump valued at $300 and a phone lines valued at $200 were reported broken and damaged on Ordon Road in Honoraville.

Sept. 21

– A report was filed for failure to pay and harassment after $30.13 of gasoline was reported stolen from the Circle A in Luverne.

– A report was filed for criminal trespassing on Frost Road in Luverne.

Sept. 22

– Kevin M. Chandler, 27, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

– Marion Charles McCranie, 42, was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice.

– Robert Earl Riley Jr., 27, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

– A report was filed for criminal trespassing on Leon Tower Road in Dozier.

– A report was filed for assault on Opp Highway in Brantley.

Sept. 23

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage to an awning valued at $200 was reported on Bethlehem Road in Lapine.

– A report was filed for theft of property and burglary after a Motorola cell phone valued at $250 and two hand held radios valued at $29.90 each were reported stolen from the Highland Home Game Room.

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after the front windshield of a 1998 Chevrolet Blazer valued at $400 was reported broken at the Lucky Dollar in Panola.

Sept. 24

– A report was filed for burglary and theft after an Apex 27-inch television and remote control, a box of assorted jewelry, a Uniden cordless telephone and three rings were reported stolen on Troy Hwy. in Luverne.

– A report was filed for assault and menacing on Davis Pond Road in Rutledge.

Sept. 26

– A report was filed for permitting dogs to run at large on Morgan Mill Road in Brantley.

– Tonya Wallace, 28, was arrested and charged with harassing communications.

Sept. 30

– Leon Faulk Jr., 24, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

– A report was filed for theft of property after a package of pork chops valued at $5 and a package of breakfast chops valued at $5 were reported stolen from Super Foods.

– A report was filed for domestic violence and harassment on Westdale Avenue.

– A report was filed for theft of property after a Smith and Wesson 38 Special revolver was reported stolen.

– Gerald Dewayne Foster, 29, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, third degree.

– Willie Marvin Daniels, 54, was arrested and charged with theft of property, third degree.

Sept. 22

– Arthur Leroy Bennett, 51, was arrested and charged with pedestrian under the influence.

Sept. 23

– A report was filed for accidental damage to property on U.S. 331 north.

Sept. 24

– A report was filed for theft of property after ten $100 bills, 41 gold coins valued at $16,400, a lamp valued at $30, a Smith and Wesson .32 caliber pistol valued at $3,000 and a .22 caliber revolver valued at $300 were all reported stolen on West 3rd Street.

Sept. 25

– A report was filed for domestic violence, harassment and criminal trespassing on Glenwood Road.

– Felix Brown, 54, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Sept. 28

– A report was filed for criminal mischief after a Revenger G/T tire valued at $235 was reported stolen from the parking lot of S. Pointe Apartments.
