The following reports of complaints and arrest were filed by deputies of the Crenshaw County Sheriff#039;s Office during the period of September 15 through September 21:

Sept. 4

A report was filed for domestic violence on Glenwood Road in Luverne.

Brian O'Neal Davis, 31, was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Sept. 7

Paul Jacob Holley, 36, was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing, third degree; domestic violence, second degree and domestic violence, third degree.

Sept. 10

A report was filed for theft of property after a three-piece ratchet set, 1/8 inch socket set, two impact wrenches, several assorted wrenches, a timing light, a sensor machine tester, a 3/8 inch Dewaltz drill, a 3/4 inch Stanley socket set, a safety deposit box and old coins valued at $5,000 were reported stolen on Rising Star Road in Grady.

A report was filed for theft of property after an air compressor was reported stolen on Mason Road in Honoraville.

Sept. 11

Ryan Blakely Duncan, 21, was arrested and charged with negotiating a worthless, non-negotiable instrument.

Sept. 12

A report was filed for harassing communications on Pulsey Ridge Road in Highland Home.

Sept. 14

Christopher McPherson, 33, was arrested and charged with violation of probation.

Sept. 18

A report was filed for theft of property after a JVC CD player valued at $120 was reported stolen on Byrd Road in Brantley.

Sept. 19

Franklin D. Batchelor, 41, was arrested and charged with failure to appear.

A report was filed for domestic violence on Rocky Mount Road in Highland Home.

Amanda Nicole Garrett, 23, was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

Sept. 20

A report was filed for theft of property after a 1994 Chevrolet

C-10 pickup truck valued at $2,000 was reported stolen.

Cassandra Cole, 18, was arrested and charged with unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Mickey Strickland, 37, was arrested and charged with fugitive from justice.

Sept. 10

A report was filed for lost property after a Motorola 7201 cellular phone valued at $250 was lost on Starhope Church Road.

Sept. 11

A report was filed for theft of property after two deposits valued at $599 was reported stolen on Hospital Circle.

Sept. 15

Timothy Charles Brook, 36, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 17

A report was filed for criminal mischief after damage was reported to a lockbox valued at $50 on Roy Beall Road.

A report was filed for domestic violence on South Hawkins Ave.

Fredrick Vernon Crowley, 33, was arrested and charged with theft of property, first degree and three counts of failure to appear.

Sept. 21

A report was filed for domestic violence on Westdale Ave.

Gerald Dewayne Foster, 29, was arrested and charged with domestic violence, third degree.
