A complaint was filed on Stokes Road for burglary and theft of property.

A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Shadow Lane when property, valued at $190, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Highway 106 for natural incident.

Sept.17

A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Mount Zion Road when a gun, valued at $200, was reported stolen.

Sept. 18

A complaint was filed for menacing and disorderly conduct on Mobile Road.

A complaint was filed for burglary, first degree, and theft of property, second degree, on Sandcutt Road when property, valued at $800, was reported stolen and property, valued at $500, was later recovered.

A complaint was filed on Garland Road for a dog bite.

A complaint was filed on Gravel Hill Road for driving under the influence and resisting arrest.

Sept. 19

A complaint was filed for theft of property, first degree, on Veneer Road, Georgiana, when property, valued at $6,010, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Damascus Road for animal allowed to run at large.

A complaint was filed on Browder Road for domestic violence.

A complaint was filed on Perryhill Road for accidental death.

A complaint was filed at an unknown location for theft of property.

A complaint was filed at Butler Estates for assault.

Sept. 22

A complaint was filed on Perryhill Road for theft of property. Items valued at $390, were reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Starlington Road for natural incident.

A complaint was filed on holly Hill Road for theft of property.

Sept. 23

A complaint was filed on Spring Creek Road for theft of property and burglary. Items, valued at $3,450, were reported stolen.

A complaint was filed at an unknown location for a dog bite.

Sept. 25

A complaint was filed on Pigeon Creek Road for theft of property. A horse, valued at $1,500, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed at the Chapman Post Office for criminal mischief.

Milton Simmens, 39, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing, third degree.

Cederick Dewayne Grandszon, 22, was arrested for failure to appear for no drivers license.

Sept. 23

Christopher Johnson, 22, was arrested for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Sept. 24

Ray Skipper, 42, was arrested for assault, second degree.

Garry Ainsworth, 48, was arrested for false reporting of an incident.

Sept. 25

Michael Lee Bell, 25, was arrested for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Donald Caldwell, 52, was arrested for driving while suspended.

Elbert Dewayne McCarthy, 40, was arrested for harassing communications.

Michael Simpson, 47, was arrested for failure to appear for negotiating with a worthless nonnegotiable instrument.
