June 9

A complaint was filed at Butler Estates for criminal mischief. A window, valued at $100, was reported damaged.

A complaint was filed at Butler Estates for theft of property. A carburetor, valued at $300, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Murphy Road for theft of property. A mailbox, valued at $50, was reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Vickery Road for domestic violence.

June 10

A complaint was filed on Boswell Boulevard for criminal trespassing.

June 12

A complaint was filed on Cedar Creek Road for criminal trespass and reckless endangerment.

A complaint was filed on Shadow Lane for criminal trespassing.

A complaint was filed on Lee Street for domestic violence, harassment and criminal trespassing.

A complaint was filed on Poole Road for harassing communications.

A complaint was filed on Simpson Street for miscellaneous information.

A complaint was filed on Route 2 in Honoraville for burglary. A jug of change valued at $50 and a pistol valued at $215 were reported stolen.

June 24

A complaint was filed on Dock Road in Honoraville for burglary. An air conditioner, valued at $300 and a 25-inch television, valued at $250 were reported stolen.

A complaint was filed on Manningham Road for unlawful carrying of a pistol without a permit.

A complaint was filed on State Highway 106 for criminal mischief. Damage to a phone line, valued at $100, was reported.

June 27

A complaint was filed on Spring Valley Road for reckless driving and reckless endangerment.

A complaint was filed on I-65 South for assault and reckless endangerment.

June 28

A complaint was filed on John Zipper Road for domestic violence and theft of property. A box of jewelry, valued at $250, was reported stolen.

The following arrests were made by the Butler County Sheriff's Office during the period from June 24 to June 26:

James Lamar Waller, 25, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

L.S. Murphy, 63, was arrested for unlawful carrying of a pistol without a permit.

Maurice Munte Lyman, 24, was arrested for contempt of court for child support.

June 26

James Donald Hicks, 61, was arrested for failure to appear for domestic violence, third degree, and harassment.

Keith L. Holder, 44, was arrested for driving under the influence.
