Morgan named Crenshaw County Junior Miss 2005

Emily Morgan, a senior at Crenshaw Christian Academy, was bestowed the honor as Crenshaw County's Junior Miss for 2005, during the program held at Luverne High School.

Ten beautiful Crenshaw County girls competed after more than two weeks of preparation for the competition, which was emceed for the second consecutive year by local celebrity Tonya Terry, anchor for WSFA-TV12.

The Junior Miss competition is a scholarship program for senior girls throughout the United States, and Morgan will now go on to the state program in Montgomery, which will be held in December. She will be vying for the state title, and a chance to advance to the American Junior Miss competition, which will be held in Mobile, and televised on PAX TV.
