Spotlighting our community
Published 12:00 am Wednesday, February 26, 2003
This week’s Wednesday edition of The Greenville Advocate includes our traditional Horizons special sections – snapshots of local people, places and businesses that make up our unique community.
These sections are our way of chronicling some of the many great things that are done every day in our area.
Some of them may be new, some may be long-time members of our society, but all of them are an important part of this town we call home.
We hope that as we continue to highlight different areas of the community that you will feel free to inform us of how we are doing as we strive to make the Greenville Advocate a great news source for your family.
Our goal is to make this local newspaper something you will be proud to have in your home.
The staff of The Greenville Advocate is here for you – every day – ready for your suggestions, comments, complaints and hopefully, compliments.
Enjoy these special sections and learn some things about our businesses, schools, recreational activities and neighbors that you may not have known before.
This is Our Town – some of the best and brightest the state has to offer. We’ll be doing more Horizons in the future and welcome your input.
