Three arrested in GPD drug bust

Three subjects were arrested May 17 after a search warrant was enforced at approximately 7:40 p.m. at 603 Oglesby Street.
Jerry Bowers, 53, of Florida; Fannie Marsh, 52, of Crenshaw County and Willie Holston, 42, of Greenville, were arrested on charges ranging from possession of a controlled substance to carrying a pistol without a permit.
Reports indicate that officers found one crack rock, a crack pipe, one bag of marijuana, a pill bottle containing 71 pills, and $82 cash when carrying out the warrant. They then arrested Bowers on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance, first degree possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Marsh was arrested on charges of two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, first degree, and Holston is charged with carrying a pistol without a permit and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The subjects were arrested and transported to the Butler County jail.
