GA boys earn 5-3 win over Central, girls fall

The Greenville Academy Nados baseball team chalked up another win Friday as they defeated Central of Selma 5-3, with Central not earning runs until late in the game.
GA starting pitcher Adam Moore gave up three hits, chalked up six strike-outs and walked two against the Warriors.
Michael Cauthen, Adam Moore, Micah Moore and David Moore each had one hit and earned one run while Colt Brantley had two hits and earned one run.
Central was able to earn three runs late in the game, but were unable to make a comeback against the mighty Nados.
The GA Lady Nados softball team were not as fortunate Friday as they fell 16-6 to the Lady Warriors.
Greenville Academy will travel to Dixie Academy Friday to face the Rebels at 3:30 p.m.
