The Eagles of Ft. Dale Academy competed against Morgan Academy, on the road last Friday, and after double overtime, lost 63-60, ending a great season.

In what was a single-elimination area tournament, Adam Crenshaw led the scoring for the Eagles, with a whopping 21 points, 10 assists and seven rebounds, hitting a three-point-shot at the end of regulation play to tie the game.

He again tied the game with two seconds left to send the game into double-overtime.

Next was Josh Till scoring 12 points, and Brett Paulk making 10.

The Lady Eagles also finished the season with a 14-9 record, losing to Hooper Academy in the area tournament.

Meridith Mosley led the girls' scoring with 11 points to her credit.
