Twelve of fifteen drug dealers still in jail

Three of the suspects that were arrested in August on drug distribution charges are out on bond, and twelve remain behind bars, according Butler County Courthouse records.
During a four-month operation, the suspects allegedly sold crack cocaine and marijuana to undercover drug enforcement agents in Greenville.
Of the 15 arrested, Terry Wayne Rudolph, Jimmy Owens and Benjamin &uot;B.J.&uot; Payne were able to make bond and get out of jail on the drug-related charges.
Court records indicated that Henry Lindsey Jr., Ronald Wayne Whatley and Curtis Tyrone Williams have acquired bonds but still lack paying old fines and costs of court before they are eligible to be released from jail.
Still in jail waiting to get bonds signed are Erica Shawnee Livingston, with a $40,000 bond and $636 cash pay-out; Michael Morris, who has a $60,000 bond and $422 cash pay-out; Frederick Crenshaw with a $40,000 bond; Willie Clarence Boggan, with a $20,000 bond; James Bozeman, with a $40,000 bond; Michael Anthony Bailey with a $60,000 bond; also Leon Lewis Allen, with a $60,000 bond.
