When Joe Haygood came before the Greenville City Council

Monday night, there was little question that he had a

problem he wanted the council to resolve.Haygood praised the

council for its harmony and positive attitude since its

members took office recently. Haygood said that he

appreciated what the new and past council have done to bring

paving and lighting to his neighborhood.We know there are a

hundred critics for every ‘attaboy,’ and when a citizen

makes a public commendation like Haygood did, we think its

important those comments be repeated.Congratulations
