Reaves selected as HOSA officer candidate
Crenshaw County student has been selected as a HOSA state officer candidate. Nine Students from Alabama were selected to compete.
Nolleigh Reaves is a sophomore at Brantley High School. She is the daughter of Amanda Hudson, stepdaughter to Jeff Hudson of Brantley, and daughter of Craig Reaves. HOSA provides students with a pathway to meeting diploma requirements. Participants participate in a variety of classroom activities, job shadow opportunities, and internships. Students gain skills in leadership, person development, problem solvingĀ skills, and career development. Reaves is a member of the Crenshaw County HOSA chapter. HOSA is a professional student organization that promotes education and leadership development for future healthcare professionals. Reaves was one of nine students selected as an officer candidate. Reaves plans to attend the University of Alabama and pursue a Master of Science and nursing degree in the dual family of psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program of study after graduating high school. Reaves is also an officer in FFA and HOSA treasurer. She plays in the Emerald Wave Marching Band and is active in student council, DECA, FBLA, and member of the National Honor Society and National Technical Honor Society. |
