Mrs. Corrine Burgans Williams, 90, a resident of Brantley, died Saturday, May 2, 2015. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 5, 2015, at Indian Creek Community Church, with the Rev. Charles Phillips officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery, with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mrs. Williams was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Williams; a grandson, Greg Hudson; her parents, Hosea and Mattie Lee Reeves Burgans; two sisters, Lois Manning and Lee Waters; and three brothers, Nathan Burgans, David Burgans and Ollie Joe Burgans.

Survivors include two children, Kathryn Richards and Gary (Kathy) Williams; granddaughter, Melissa Raley; three great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Lane (Don) Goldsby and Madle Waters; and a number of nieces and nephews.

Active pallbearers were Mack Williams, Denny Williams, Joey Williams, Tim Goldsby, Tony Linton and Jerry Davis.
